My Resume ...

I am a full time real estate professional beginning my 10th. year with Century 21 Real Estate Champions, Inc. in Madeira Beach, FL.  

Prior to my career in real estate sales, I was employed by a major pharmaceutical company. My background in this research and development setting was a Information Technology Manager. My introduction to information technology began in 1966 (when information technology was still called Electronic Data Processing).

I am originally from Burnt Hills, New York (that's near Albany, NY).  Following a wonderful opportunity to job relocate with Sterling Drug, Inc. to Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, I decided that I could leave the cold and snow behind, retire and move to Florida.

My real estate career consists of a diversity of residential and commercial clients, 'business only' sales, and relocation services.

As the owner of a Gulf front vacation rental property, I have also gained real property experience as the President of the board of directors for a large beach front condominium and a board member in another 55+ community. This involvement has provided me with insight to other condominium communities, rules and regulations, and Florida statutes.
